Google Assistant is available through the Google Assistant button, but its recognition is not as good as it is. After about 2 hours of testing, it was often not recognized. And it doesn’t guide you by voice like “Google Home”. If you expected voice guidance just because you supported Google Assistant, please stop thinking like that.
It’s definitely a good specification for a compact size, but it doesn’t have a good specification compared to other devices. So there is a little delay, perhaps. But you don’t have to worry because there’s no big problem with using it. I’m fine.
It can be mounted on any device, but the location of the HDMI terminal is important. The Xiaomi Mi TV Stick has an integral HDMI terminal, which can be difficult to fit if there is a slight difference in TV. In such cases, HDMI extension cables need to be purchased and used separately, which can be quite cumbersome. Please pay attention to your purchase.

The operation is very simple. Intuitive and simple. As electronic devices have more functions, they become more complex, and the Xiaomi Mi TV Stick can be used conveniently enough without having to study.
Easy mirroring. Through Google Home application, I can send the screen of the smartphone I’m looking at to the TV. This part is quite satisfactory. How nice it is to be able to do functions that can only be done on expensive TV at a low price. Also, the Chromecast is built in, so you can move YouTube videos that you used to watch on other devices, and at this time, anything you do with your cell phone will be fine.

The Xiaomi Mi TV Stick clearly coexists with strengths and weaknesses. However, I think this is quite a drawback for devices of this price. Of course, there is controversy over “backdoor” because it is a Chinese device. I’m also quite worried about this, but I’m using it without much worry because I’m not so closely related to security.
To be honest, if you are a good computer user, you don’t have to buy these products. These days, you can watch many videos on YouTube or Netflix without watching TV. But don’t hesitate when you feel something’s missing to enjoy the video with the noise of your PC and a relatively small screen. Your choice will probably be the best choice.
